Reduced inflammation, better sleep, improved confidence, smaller blood-sugar swings. All flow into a more stable mood baseline.

Why it can worsen for some

Rapid identity shift ('I don't recognise myself'), social anxiety as relationships adjust, fear of weight regain. These are real and worth addressing.

If it's worsening

Tell us. Sometimes the molecule, sometimes the dose, sometimes a parallel referral to therapy. We don't ignore mental health changes.
