Plan ahead

Decide your sweets quota for the week — say 3–4 small pieces total across 5 days. Eat them slowly, after meals, not on an empty stomach.

Swap-in tips

Choose milk-based sweets (paneer, kheer, ras malai) over deep-fried (jalebi, gulab jamun). Less oil, more protein.

Movement

A daily 30-min walk during the festival keeps blood sugar steady. If you've been mostly indoor for puja prep, an evening walk is the easy hack.
