Medication: 12%

Almost all prescription drugs in India, including GLP-1 pens, attract 12% GST. This is built into the MRP — what you see is what you pay.

Consultation: technically exempt

Healthcare services by registered medical practitioners are GST-exempt. When the consult is a standalone fee, no GST applies.

Bundled subscriptions

When consult + medication + delivery are bundled, GST applies to the non-medical portion (typically the platform service fee). Effective blended GST on a ZIVOLABS monthly: ~13–14%.
