Variety prevents tissue thickening (lipohypertrophy) and unpredictable absorption.

Abdomen

Fastest absorption. 2 cm from belly button, anywhere on either side. Avoid stretch marks and scar tissue.

Upper thigh

Slowest absorption — slightly less peak, slightly longer tail. Mid-front of thigh.

Upper arm

Middle ground. Useful for variety. Have someone help if you can't reach.

Rotate

Don't use the same exact spot two weeks in a row. Move 2 cm each time. Keep a simple calendar log.
