What if the courier left the package outside?

Cold-chain shipment + Indian afternoon = potential issue. Here's the policy.

Check immediately

Inspect the temperature indicator on arrival. If green/blue, you're fine even if the box sat outside briefly.

Inspect the gel packs

Should still be cool to the touch. Warm gel pack + red indicator = cold chain breach.

If breach

Don't use the pen. Take a photo of the indicator and gel packs. Message us within 24 hours — we replace at no charge.
