Refilling early or late: how it affects supply

Most pharmacies dispatch a 1-month supply. Here's how to handle off-cycle situations.

Refill 3–5 days early

Common — buffer for delivery delays. We dispatch 5–7 days before you'd run out.

Refill 1+ weeks early

Triggers manual review. Usually accepted with a reason (travel, anticipated low supply). Don't stockpile.

Refill late

If you've gone 10+ days since your last dose, message us before refilling. Re-titration may be needed.
