Why it happens
Tirzepatide more than semaglutide; sometimes a sign that the dose is being escalated too fast. Often resolves after a week.
Self-care
Stay hydrated with ORS (oral rehydration solution) if loose stools persist beyond a day. Bland diet: dahi-rice, banana, plain khichdi.
When to call
More than 4–6 watery stools per day for 2+ days, signs of dehydration, or blood/black colour. Message us — we may dose-hold or check for an unrelated cause.
