Many patients hit a low-energy day around week 10–14. Almost always reversible. Here's the cause-and-fix list.

Are you eating enough?

Appetite drop is the point of the medication, but eating <1,200 kcal/day for weeks is not. If your total intake has fallen too far, energy will too. Bump protein and add complex carbs.

Iron and B12

Indian vegetarian baseline iron and B12 are often borderline. Reduced food intake exposes the deficiency. Easy to test, easy to fix.

Sleep quality

Stress and reduced food intake can mess with sleep. Maintain a consistent bedtime, avoid screens for 30 minutes before.

If it persists

Fatigue lasting longer than 3 weeks after a dose change deserves a full check — thyroid, vitamin D, iron studies, comprehensive metabolic panel.
