A dull headache in the first 3–7 days is common. The cause is usually mundane.
Dehydration is the most likely culprit
Reduced appetite means reduced food intake, which means reduced water intake. Daily total fluid drops, headache follows. Fix the water; headache resolves.
Low blood sugar (in diabetics)
If you were on insulin or a sulfonylurea, GLP-1 + those drugs can cause mild hypoglycaemia — which can present as a frontal headache. Your doctor will have already adjusted other diabetes meds to prevent this.
Caffeine withdrawal
If your morning chai or coffee dropped because of nausea, your usual caffeine intake fell. Restore some caffeine; headache fades.
When to mention it
Headache lasting more than 5 days, or severe with vision changes — message us. Rare but worth ruling out.
